Our mission is to provide you with the highest quality mobility equipment. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not perfectly suit your lifestyle needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make the return process clear and transparent.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within our designated return window. Please note that we do not accept product exchanges at this time.


How Can I Return My Item(s)?

You have a strict 30-day window from the calendar date of delivery to initiate a return request.


Product Condition Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and must be in New or Slightly Used ("Like-New") condition. It must include all original parts, chargers, and user manuals.

The Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@regainedmobility.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return mail address. Do not ship any items back to our headquarters without an explicit RMA number.

Return Shipping Fees: For standard customer remorse returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return mail shipping charges. For items that arrive defective or damaged, Regained Mobility covers 100% of the return shipping costs.


What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged or Defective?

Please inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery. If you notice visible transit damage, please note "Damaged" on the carrier's receipt. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@regainedmobility.com with photos of the issue. We will handle the freight claim and send out replacement parts or a brand-new unit at absolutely no cost to you.


How Do I Get A Refund?

Once your return shipment is delivered to our fulfillment facility and inspected by our team to verify product condition, we will process your refund. Your money will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7 days of delivery confirmation.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel any order for a full 100% refund at any time before the product has left our facility. If your order has already shipped and tracking has been generated, it can no longer be canceled. It will instead be treated as a standard return, and the customer will be responsible for standard return mail shipping costs.
